Meet Your 2025/26 National Team — Fueled by Passion, Powered by Bell

June 30, 2025

The next chapter of Canadian snowboarding is here — and it’s stacked.

The 2025/26 Canadian National Snowboard Team has been named, including Olympic and Paralympic veterans, long-standing team members, and new faces with podium potential. This year’s roster again spans all five disciplines: Slopestyle and Big Air, Halfpipe, Snowboard Cross, Alpine, and Para Snowboarding. It also includes a strong field of NextGen athletes—the future stars of the sport—who are training, travelling, and competing alongside the best.

Whether they’re dropping into a World Cup final or sharing their journeys online, these riders are helping inspire the next generation and shaping the future of snowboarding in Canada.

A National Team Backed by Bell

ARNAUD GAUDET | BATAILLE ROYALE, MONT SAINTE ANNE. QUÉBEC

This announcement also marks a major milestone in our partnership with Bell, the Official Telecommunications Partner of Canada Snowboard.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to grow snowboarding across Canada by supporting elite athletes, enhancing community-level access, and using world-class technology to bring fans closer to the sport than ever before.

From coast to coast, Bell is helping elevate the profile of Canadian snowboarders — powering the technology that keeps athletes connected on the road and creating fan experiences at key events. That started last season at the Snowboard Cross World Cup: Bataille Royale in Mont-Sainte-Anne, Quebec, where Bell’s Activation Zone brought fans into the heart of the action.

And this year, Bell will be present at all home FIS World Cups in Canada — helping fans engage with the team like never before through livestreams, on-site activations, and digital content that brings the sport to life.

“This partnership is a game-changer for our sport,” said Dustin Heise, CEO of Canada Snowboard. “With Bell’s support, we can amplify the reach of snowboarding across Canada, inspire youth to engage with the sport, and continue providing our elite athletes with the world-class platforms they deserve.”

Meet Your 2025/26 Canadian National Snowboard Team

The athletes named to the 2025/26 National and NextGen Teams represent the very best of Canadian snowboarding. From Olympic/Paralympic champions to exciting up-and-comers, this year’s roster brings talent, experience, and energy to every turn, trick, and gate.

This season is especially meaningful as many of these athletes will be chasing qualification points and podium finishes with an eye on the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Their performances across the international circuit this year will help determine who will wear the maple leaf on the world’s biggest stage.

These are the riders who will represent Canada on the world stage throughout the season — and we couldn’t be more proud.

Bringing smooth grabs and serious amplitude,  Brooke D’Hondt earned a top-10 finish at the World Championships this past season.

Liam Gill is a true talent with a powerful story — balancing competition with his work supporting Indigenous youth — and is one to watch this season.  And Ryan Vo and Felicity Geremia continue to make serious progress on the international scene as they look to stake their claim this winter.

Slopestyle + Big Air

From the world's most iconic slopestyle courses and big air jumps, this crew is pushing the sport to new heights.

This season, all eyes will be on Cameron Spalding — our reigning Slopestyle Crystal Globe winner — and Liam Brearley, who became Canada’s first men’s Slopestyle World Champion last year. Both are at the top of their game and looking to keep pushing.

And let’s not overlook Francis Jobin, coming off a breakout World Cup win at Aspen and X Games Street Style Gold, proving he can go trick-for-trick with the best.

Mark McMorris remains the undisputed trailblazer — his X Games golds and Olympic medals have set the bar for years, and team member Laurie Blouin is the queen of style with a third-place finish at the Chur Big Air in 2024;  she brings smooth spins every time she drops in.

The team’s depth continues with innovators like Eli Bouchard, Big Air gold medalist at Aspen World Cup, and inventor of the Triple Moose Flip, as well as Juliette Pelchat, Truth Smith, Nic Laframboise, Jasmine Baird, and Emeraude Maheux — each one ready to leave their mark this winter.
