Create our park

This season, the Gathering's park is in your hands.

The Gathering's FEATURE venue, the transition park, returns once again in 2027 but in a new format - This park is designed entirely by YOU. The ones who get to ride it. Dream up a feature, sketch it out, give it a name, and you could see it built and ridden at The Gathering 2027.

How it works

• Design a feature. Describe it, sketch it, generate it. A written description, drawings on a napkin, doodle on the wall all counts. We're looking for ideas, not blueprints.
• Name it. Suggest a name for your feature, and for the park itself.
• Submit it. Send your design and name ideas through our google form by February 1st, 2027

What happens next

Canada Snowboard and Sunshine Village Ski Resort will review every submission by our panel of expert builders and riders. Selected features will be built and ridden at The Gathering 2027. We'll also choose the overall name for the park.

The prize

The person who submits the winning park name will receive free registration to The Gathering 2027 and a prize-pack from Canada Snowboard and Sunshine Ski Resort. If your features are chosen, you will also get the opportunity to ride what you envision!

Please note, features must be feasible, and final designs may be adjusted for safety and construction.
