4th at the 2025 World Championships in Engadin with two 6th-place finishes in Gudauri World Cup. Meryeta glides like she’s got a sixth sense for the course, fearless and sharp — she doesn’t back down, she charges.

Who introduced you to snowboarding?
Myself technically. My dad and m brother taught me. My parents didn't want me to snowboard. So I stole a snowboard and boots until I was caught in the dark by myself. 

What does snowboarding mean to you?
Means a good time

• I like pink now 
• I think Olives are offensively gross 
• I like designing and art. I released hoodies a few years ago. Now I've learned how to sew and print on clothes myself.
